Open app and dial phone number configured on your Twilio account. Call will be auto answered by the app, place call on hold (click "On hold" button) and caller will be disconnected from agent's audio (caller will not hear anything but will be connected to a call) while agent can e.g. lookup caller details. Click "On hold" button second time and caller will be connected back to agent. Hangup the call anytime and caller will be hanged up.
