This is your analytics dashboard that gives you some insights about your call center operations. It shows number of calls, total call duration and price for the selected period - you can filter the start and end dates of the period of data shown.
There is also a list of all the calls occurred within the period with Call type, From and To numbers, Start and End timestamps, Duration, Status and Price for each call.
Additionally there is a nice chart that shows call breakdown by type: Inbound, Outbound, Manual.
You can view all this info on the web page or export to a CSV file with a click of a button.
